Absolutely delicious. I was so excited that there was a place in Florence that offered vegan options, that wasn't a chain. They have a vegan broth, plenty of veg options, and even vegan dumplings. They can even do the Boba tea with almond milk. Highly recommend!

Boba tea was delicious.. Ramen bowl was okay.. didn't like the spaghetti noodles used instead of ramen noodles. It didn't have the ramen bowl look or taste it's supposed to.. besides that.. I'll always go back for the boba teas..

Wonderful lady who served and took my orders, she was amazing and patient, the pork and the tofu were cooked beautifully, the pork is probably some of the best I’ve had in months. I’m not a big fan of boiled eggs, but the whole dish was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and very chill atmosphere. Special drinks they had were really good as well. Not watered down but not sickeningly sweet

I love heros Hideout so much, it's the best ramen I've had from a ramen place in South Carolina. Everytime I go, my food is hot and tasty, the service is polite, helpful and sufficient. All around it's an excellent place.
